None of this would have been possible had xavi not laid the foundations. He came at a difficult time and still instilled excitement and hope in us barca fans. He is a legend and I think as barca fans, we should respect him and thank him for what he managed during his time as a coach.

When we look back at Xavi, remember he had Busquets and then he didn't. Same way Xavi won the league and then he didn't. He wanted Raphinha and kept playing even when we were frustrated with him. For me iniesta is one of the only 2 players who entertained me and made me smile along with Ronaldinho. What a player he was.

Its funny because I do in some way agree with Luis Enrique's comments about Xavi's Barca BUT Lucho needs to understand his style of football only worked because he had MSN all in their primes. If you look at PSG last season and even now, they play lackluster, tactic-less football. Everything on that pitch is decided by someone's individual brilliance which is the exact style he brought to Barca. It only worked for one season and then after that he crashed out of UCL twice both in QFs WITH THE GREATEST FRONT THREE THE WORLD HAD EVER SEEN. So he can talk all he likes about how abysmal the football was under Xavi but crashing out against Atl Madrid and Juve in UCL was much more embarrassing considering the players we had

I think the reason Most media talked about Haaland for several reason- 1. Most believed he will not able to do that in PL 2. I read a comment yesterday that I found interesting as a thought experiment. It said, Xavi would have accomplished the same as Lucho if he had peak MSN, Iniesta and Rakitic. It's probably true. Imagine what Flick would accomplish if he had those players too!

We had ups and down with Xavi but his love for the club and best intentions are unquestionable. I see alot of hatred towards him and its sad to see, this man gave us everything and then some.

I actually agree with Luis Enrique’s view on the Barca’s play style under Xavi and see no problem with that. Lucho was not happy with the treatments he got when looking back at his time and just honestly said so with no intention to annoy anyone, I guess. Xavi brilliantly did his job under very difficult circumstances but the time had come for a change. I have nothing but admiration for both of them.

i think luis words are ture i hated watching barca with xavi so frustrating but i don't think we need to hear this like u said and about luis footbal style many said u had the best players that is why he won the champions league but it is not true for years later we hade the same and more great players and we did not win the meantality of the players and the coaches was so low 4-0 3-0 and we through it away ppl take what luis did for granted .

Xavi took the high road even at the time when we were facing PSG and LE spoke out of pocket. There’s no excuse for LE. Even if you’re critical of Xavi he came in at the hardest of times and ignored money and took the disrespectful manner of his sacking and didn’t lash out at the club. Pure class

Xavi was a great coach with character and understanding. The only thing lacking was european experience at the highest level as a coach. With his style we still managed to carry the league; he just didn't have that coaching tactical mind and adjustment

I think Lucho's words were very harsh. You can't really compare Xavi with Enrique because Xavi didn't have MSN. Not to take any merit from Lucho but I feel like he relied more on individual brilliance from certain players.
