these sorts of places in bcn are so overpriced, and this certainly isnt the worst ive seen. end of the day unless its an attico, in that part of town by diagonal, the terrace is going to be noisy as hell and with a view in to someones bedroom. also many of the windows will be interior given the layout of flats in that part of town....
