This Bardock can't go SSJ because it's canon Bardock aka not (Z) Bardock, maybe we'll get him as an option in the future? Also, only 1 more hour to go until full release! I'm hype 🎊
@@Kashimaro Yeah that is weird, o well there's always mods to save the day Edit: You made me notice that we're not just missing Bardock but teen Goku, Nappa, Kid Gohan, and I think couple of others. Even though some of them can't bring it out willingly. I still think they should've had the transformation as an option where like the stage goes dark and it happens. Or at the very least giving us night stages, so it could happen that way. Then again like you said the roster is huge, so they probably didn't have enough time for that, or completely forgot
Considering they put his Z armor in the game alongside the SSJ4/GT characters (which are also not cannon) you’d think him going SSJ would’ve been an automatic add. We even have Z Broly in the game.
It’s not that your combos have gaps. Any hit can be vanished as long as they have Ki and the timing right. So as you combo you have to watch for them trying to escape so you can counter it with your own vanish
Almost nothing in this game is a true combo, except if you attack the back of a character. It's a good idea to immediately find out if your charcter has a move that turns the opponent around and use that as a combo starter, so that everything after that is true.

Man this truly THE dragon ball fighting game. Like dbz fans are eating so good rn, this is so spot on to actual dragon ball. Hoping bleach turns out with great quality too. And hoping we get a peak one piece/naruto game eventually too
Seems to be a closer sucessor to the old Budokais than Raging Blast was? More features? I might just consider buying it if I can make a Cooler Broly centered team and slam the Blues into the dirt. But should I have a third man, and who? Picolo, maybe?
To be fair, most people would be running the most popular characters cuz they're popular. When the game finally becomes available for me, I definitely want to use Zamasu. The under appreciated characters in DBZ are so cool.
@@straco1849 That's nice to hear. For now I don't have access to online battles, cuz too poor for PSN+, so going through the story mode. I am getting cooked by the CPU. These controls just aren't clicking for me as much as they used to, back in the day.
I gotta give you props man I was grinding rank and made it top 15 with Bardock yesterday. But once I hit B rank it's all just fusions and Ui Goku. Super lame to see and pretty hard to fight in single battles.
