Bare Metal ESXi and First Virtual Machine Install 

In today's video we will be establishing what I feel is an essential backbone to any good homelab or smart home setup. ESXi is a hypervisor which allows you to turn any pc, laptop or nuc into a virtual machine host. With virtual machines we can run various different operating systems and services independently from each other and create an environment to test and deploy new services and ideas without destroying our network or main setup.
