Oh my gosh yes as a fellow barista I remember laughing as my coworker tried to appease this lady who wanted “mocha latte without the mocha” “ok so just a plain latte?” “No with chocolate” “the mocha is the chocolate part, it has a mocha sauce then just espresso and milk like a latte” “I WANT A MOCHA LATTE NO MOCHA BUT WITH CHOCOLATE!!” You can imagine how this continued for 6 minutes until I made her a mocha and just handed it to her while she was still fighting with the cashier, she was satisfied and left
Sounds like this is where nomenclature and logic collide. I'd just mix the two and send it rather than hoping for them to order it using proprietary words. Just like Starbucks' cup sizes. Nobody, that doesn't frequent Starbucks, has rime to figure out all the in-lingo. That's my two cent...I mean $8's worth. 💀 😉
