It happened to our kin when she was on duty and now doctors all over the country is feeling unsafe. Bc every resident will have to go to sleep in between our 36-48 hours shift. You just cannot go sleepless. It’s humanly not possible. And instead of giving justice goons attacked the hospital. No safety for doctors in hospital. The moment he mentioned Badalpur, it was clear he had lost the plot. While Badalpur is indeed a heinous crime, using it to deflect attention from the current issue is unacceptable. It’s evident that the TMC hasn’t learnt its lesson. Their attempt to protect Dr. Ghosh given the gravity of the crime, is absolutely unthinkable.

Such a heinous act is unprecedented, and it is alarming that the Chief Minister of West Bengal remains in power despite the increasing lawlessness.
