What a nice old fella. The way he was constantly looking out for you to not fall or bump your head really says alot about what a genuine and thoughtful character he is. I'm sure I'm not the only one who would be interested in seeing more of him. I'd like to suggest that you do short videos with him every so often. His memory is incredible and I think it would be very interesting to get him to talk about the details of his childhood on the farm or even just to take the time to explain how some of his early equipment was used. It's not often that you get to walk a beautiful place like that with a person who has lived there as long as he has. Wonderful film!

What an absolute treasure of a man. I'm only 57 but i grew up in the backwoods and sloughs and have had the pleasure of meeting people just like him. I have learned alot just by listening to these people talk, and alot of them love to talk to other people other than their family. I think it helps them somehow. Because you can truly never go forward in life if you you don't know how we got there in the first place. I learned more about the great depression from talking to some of the older generation than i could ever learn in a book. Point being if your grandparents are still alive or you know someone like waynie, take a little time out of your life to talk about theirs.

Wow! ....... this man, hits history, his prized collection of tractors & vintage + classic cars is just awesome, what a treasure of a human being, sadly were witnessing one of the very few, last true American heroes as we enter into a new age of careless, wasteful, narcissistic followers, they'll never know or understand what it means to hold onto something for such a long time, take care of it, appreciate it, and make it lasting enough to pass it down to the next generation. I really enjoyed this journey with the old timer, reminds me so much of my grandfather....that man instilled values in me I'm very grateful for. Now, at 43, I find myself behaving very much like he did...have my old mk 3 supra turbo under a tarp next to my barn, my 86 d-21 Nissan pickup and my '98 prelude parked out in my eucalyptus Grove on the back half of our property, aging along nicely just like this guy....my grandfather bought our property back in 1958, passed it down to my folks and they're passing ot on to me to care for and hand down ro my kids when the time comes. God Bless This Great land and great people like this!

Thank you so very much John for filming 🎥these awesome videos of people that have old valuable things and old collectibles and for people that have have restored old buildings and old homes. Also these amazing people still have old general stores. I mean the list goes on and it is so wonderful to see stuff like this. Brings back memories that we can look back on and to thank God for all he has done. May the good Lord always bless us and watch over us and keep us all safe and healthy where ever we go.

American Pickers can forget it! Grandaddy ain't letting nothing go. I had a very close friend who died with a collection of vintage items on his huge property and left in his will for it to be a museum. I doubt the law firm he hired to execute his will carried out this particilar wishe. He had one living cousin.

Mr. Wayniee has quite the collection. I liked the 49 Chevrolet pickup most of all. He reminds me of someone the American Pickers once visited. They said he didn't need money, he needed stuff. I've seen him around Priddy's Store before. He seems like a nice fellow.

That Hopalong Cassity bike is almost priceless with that holster still on it. Some of these items belong in a museum, especially some of the farm equipment. If that red 67 Convertible had a 4-speed and a BB you be looking at 45-60k

Pretty cool when an elderly gentleman like him can tell the history of America in the goods he has collected..Stuff he may never use but just be amused by holding them in his hand..Reminds me of my grandpa who had pretty much two of everything..If there came a time he needed something and he couldn't find it he would just go and buy another..He would ask me to help him now and then do simple jobs..They would turn into all day adventures as it wasn't about fixing anything.. it was more about spending time with someone who will listen and learn..That's what he was trying to fix..patience

100 % correct. The sad thing is with these younger generations shun their elders and rarely listen to anything they have to say, or flat could care less to even spend time with them.
