Hi Chris I would first like to say a Big thanks to John for taking you under his wing and making you into what you are today, and to you thanks for taking us along on your journey and I am sure their is still a long way to go.It has been a great pleasure to follow you and to show to people you can make your dreams come true thanks again.
That little skid steer is the ideal piece of equipment for stripping the top soil and weeds, but it's like using a snow shovel for filling that dump truck! What a workout!
What good lookin soil. Thst sells for big money around here. We usually get it close w clay or whatever an skim it w topsoil. Bet it's nice workin w that. Another fine job man
Chris' idea of a vacation usually turns out to be a trip to Con Expo to see all the new construction machinery, or to the equipment auctions with a few of his buddies, or a trip to the Volvo factory to test their latest equipment. I'm not sure if he ever sits by the pool with a drink that has a wee umbrella in it.
That first bucket of dirt dumped in the truck looked good enough to eat compared to where I am! Clay County Missouri. In the summer the clay here may be harder than concrete! I'd like to have that dirt about a foot deep around my house and outbuilding that I keep maintained. That's somewhere between 60,000 and 720,000 + cubic depending on the math!!! lol I'd find out in about a year if my Zero Turn will really cut at a rate of 7 acres an hour!
Don't get to see this view very often. Appreciate the ground-level view. Can really see your new Skid Steer at its best. P.S. Next new Chris acquisition, beautimous, big dump truck. 👍❤️️😜😎
Another great video Chris and man I have to say that topsoil sure looks good after sitting there for months and months I bet that is some damn good dirt but anyway brother you and John stay safe and keep the videos coming man
That pile of Top Soil made ya a little Change, If I remember , it was a pretty Big pile when you got finished with it . That Drive turned out nice , you used some of the same top soil on that too , I believe ? lololol... idk...some of those jobs , you haven't been back too in a good min. lolol... Great as always Man !! Have a Great Evening.....On to the Next !
Chris are you heading doing something on your own? If so it would be a awesome I know you always have had a side business but it would be determine to your uncle. Only you and Uncle know what the agreement was when he took over your grandpa business. I’m really proud of you on how hard you work you remind me of my self in my day. We had a construction company for 25 years and know 10 years later I miss doing what I love keep on prospering. I know let’s dig 18 has been a hit for you as well so keep up the good work I have always appreciated your work ethics and how much thought goes into a job and also how well you finish out the job
Now are the jobs you get go on the company books for pricing out equipment and materials (since you are the 3rd generation) and is there a 4th generation coming?
You are going to have to put your LD18 logo on your equipment so these people can keep up with who’s equipment your on. Reading some of the comments, they are doing a lot of speculation.
honestly, some people cant even keep track of it then. They kept getting confused about the animal hospital lot because John was helping him out with the load hauling.
Chris do you sleep? Because it seems you've got to be putting in at least 50-60 hours a week in the field, plus editing and uploading basically daily videos lately. Serious hustle dude. Respect...
You’ve done a lot of work on that property, nice they keep calling back.was watching one of your videos from 11years ago my you have changed .lol great video as always.keep on doing what your doing.😎😎😎😎👍👍👍👍
he changed jobs, but saw him in the video where cris was doing ht eclearing for the amimal hospital, where he id the pond with the big boulders that he had problems breaking them
Well chris i noticed you started buying your own equipment and you have done some of your own jobs . But are you gonna eventually go out on your own or just buying your own equipment so yaw have more equipment and yaw dont have to move them around so mush
Perhaps Chris is trying to use his own equipment as much as possible, although he was using the Guins dump truck on this project. We don't know if the grader was at the farm either. They tend to leave the Guins machinery spread out on different jobs if they need to come back to them. Plus the skid steer is multi functional, and Chris knew he needed to load the dump truck.
