I'm still trying to get over that floor. That's the most beautiful space I've seen in a very long time. Can't wait to see the stair case installed and all the punch-work completed. You're an incredibly lucky man, Jimmy!
Back in the day, I hung on each and every Sunday PBS "This Old House" with Bob Villa. I followed Norm and all the guys and still do, when I can find them. I found your channel and this is so new yet so familiar to me. I do not build, I do not weld, I am not an electrician nor can I hang dry wall... I just love watching you guys do it! Love you too!!!
The perfect match, Steel Lighting & Patrick Reynolds. Mixed together they make this horse barn shine for you Jimmy, no pun intended. The place is really starting to look spectacular!
You're always working hard, you have So much to show for it. Oddly enough, these Buildings and Projects are all designed for you to continue your hard work. Very impressive Jimmy! As always, thank you for sharing!👍👍❤️
Hi Jimmy. Those lights really look great! A perfect accent for the industrial motif of the horse barn. I'll bet the leather studio is going to smell wonderful, once you have all the leather supplies in there. Love the flooring. Having friends in the trades that you know you can count on is such a huge resource too!
The barn is really taking shape nicely. Patrick is definitely the rockstar of electricians. He has a great mind for design and clean execution. Watching him work is a masterclass in proper care for wiring. Can't wait to see the stairs go in. Thanks for sharing!
You are truly blessed with with a vision jimmy, and you’ve created the opportunity to see that vision through. You’re the most inspirational person dude 🤙
You are my favorite RU-vidr by far. It was an honor to meet you and have the pleasure of shaking your hard working hands. (Maker Central) We all love you DIRESTA. 🏴🇬🇧🇺🇸
Can't wait to see how you finish this ,especially the leather shop.great job. crazy how much windows and doors are these days, but get what you want,I stopped compromising. Barn is fantastic!
Jimmy, had one eyebrow up watching you craft the light mount boxes. Once installed finished I was amazed at how much I liked them. You've made the light vendor proud. Me too. Added to my cool shit arsenal.
I built a house 5 years ago and used Steel Lighting for a bunch of my exterior and some interior lights - they have been amazing. I especially love the custom cord colors you can choose for their hanging pendant lights. I went with Red on a Mopboard Black house (with black Marvin Integrity windows and doors)
Props to you for living the dream and building cool shi. All your buildings from workshop, old house, cemetery house, horse barn are beautiful. Love your work my friend
The leather shop is going to be an amazing space ! I completely agree about the big doors opening it all up, a good breeze always feels good. And yep those are awesome lights
Great film. Barn is looking great. Nice to see Patrick working, see how he does things. Electrical work is tough on the fingers. Mahalo for sharing! : )
Really love the look. Those mounts were great I love making my own touch on things like that. I like the transitions you used in the cuts. Lights look great. Beautiful night shots
Hey, you can't be good in all rooms of the house or in this case the barn. 😁 Leave the electrical to the experts. Barn looks amazing! Love that flooring! It's going to hurt cutting it when you put in the stairs but it'll be nice having them there! Looking forward to more!
A lot of those old round light fixtures were coated in porcelain for longevity and rust protection. I've collected them for years as a renovator and sold them all about 20 years ago to a fellow building a craft brewery. They still look great and must be 80 years old or more old now. Same as me! Love your style. Cheers 🇨🇦
