@@L0seR173 it has some romance in it but it’s not like a ROMANCE (they don’t even meet until after 100pgs). It’s not quite literary fiction tho either…..but it’s about a woman in the 1700s in France who runs away from her wedding and makes a deal with an old god to be free and immortal. But the deal goes “wrong” and now anytime someone leaves the room or turns away from her they forget she exists. So it showcases her life both in the past and present day of her adjusting to this life, until she comes across a man 300yrs later who says he remembers her (not spoilers, it’s in the synopsis). It’s such a beautiful and emotional story. It is very slow burn tho in terms of action happening. But the journey getting there was so well written that to me it didn’t feel slow at all
@@L0seR173it’s so worth it!! I cried and cried and to this day, whenever I talk about this book with someone I get so emotional. If you have seen the movie Age of Adeline, I think you would love this book.
ahhh this would be so fun i don’t have a b and b near me so it’s such a treat to go but if i did i would be in there so much the staff and i would literally be best friends
I love your book shopping videos ❤ regularly watch them when I want a cosy video! I just bought Malice for 99p on kindle (UK) - can’t wait to read it but it’s daunting 😅
MALICEEEEEEEEEEEEE. Read the bloodsworn saga by the same author. its really interesting it has vikings. and this series, the faithful and the fallen is also very good.
