I’ve never been into Barney the dinosaur as a kid, I was more into Jurassic Park, the land before time, King Kong and Godzilla when it comes to fictional dinosaurs.
I'm not going to lie but I just to be scared of Barney the dinosaur as a kid, cuz it was like this one logo from a VHS tape of Barney That used to scare me and gave me nightmares with his scary grin on his Face.
My only question is, why would you call the police after destroying the disc when it would've made more sense to show the cops so they wouldn't think it was all a prank or thought you were crazy?
Ikr it's freaking stupid. That's how I felt about sonic.exe like why would you send one of your friends a haunted sonic game and tell them to destroy it. Don't send it to your friend just destroy it or show the police what was on it :/

This creppypasta to me feels too generic and somehow bad and cliché. Which is bad seeing as your other creppypastas are good, don't use the repetitive cliches that most bad creppypastas have. (Sorry if i have any error on english but i speak spanish)
Oh. My. God. No offense, Freaky, I always heard your narrations mostly for entertainment rather than to be scared, because, I'll be honest, RARELY some of the pastas you read manage to scare me and most are almost comedic for me. Not to say you NEVER read stories that are actually good, granted most I've seen were comedic for me, but perhaps I'll find a hidden gem, especially because you ARE good at narrating. But this one? This one is SPECIAL. This was one of the most hilarious attempts at a Creepypasta I've EVER HEARD. And with your serious narration, it just became even BETTER. It falls into almost ALL THE CLICHÉS. Now, a Cliché itself isn't a bad thing as long as you try and twirl it on it's head somehow, if I'm making sense, but this one didn't even try that! Okay, for one, the main character is somehow so frigging SENSITIVE, that they can't even watch what could very well be Special Effects without throwing up! OH, I'm sorry, surely the main character would INSTANTLY know the difference between very good Special or Practical effects and gore, yes, I'm sure this character totally knows the difference. Of course the character decided that this frigging DVD with, again, possibly just very good practical effects, is WORTH CALLING 911 FOR! So that's AMAZING. Barney shooting himself actually got me LAUGHING OUT LOUD. This entire thing has missed all the marks of being scary to the point of looking like a PARODY. But hey, good job managing to read this mess while keeping a straight face, Freaky, THAT deserves some praise.
I hate the cliche were the viewer throws up over something disturbing or gross. I've never felt the urge to puke over violence, and I've seen some fd up stuff. I'm not trying to brag, but it is a pet peeve when it comes to creepypastas. It's not that easy to vomit, even if you're horrified.
@@slashbash1347 I have NEVER seen anyone puke over something disturbing. Horrified, yes, but not literally throw up all over the floor. This is something I always see on TV. The most I've seen irl is a gag.
I've seen people throw up from seeing something disturbing, I myself have felt sick to my stomach once (only once to be fair) though I don't vomit easily. It's an actual thing but not as common as media depicts it.

i remember when i was a kid, my grandpa was sick or just... old idk so he was laying on the bed and he always gave me some sweets. he asked me if i want to watch something... so i said yes, he turned the tv on and there was this stupid show. i was really scared from barney, he looked so terrifying especially his eyes. but i didnt want to complain because my granpa was just trying to make me happy, and i wanted to make him happy too... but some months later he past away so... i didnt know him for long
Also in 1861 during the civil war a slave named blind Tom I forgot his name but he played a song named battle if melleses or smt and it has Barney theme song as the confederate states won
I remember Barney when I was a senior in high school. My friend and I would kick the Barney plush toy around like a soccer ball! I know that was mean lol
So his cellphone breaks okay so just turn off the freaking dvd and drive to the police office and turn the freaking thing in. Nah I'mma just continue watching my snuff film. I feel like the guy is kinda dim.
Who sees a Walmart and thinks “Hm I should buy a movie because all mine suck”. That’s not the first thing you think of when you see Walmart. Along with the old “destroying the only piece of evidence providing this happened” and “Barney ripped off a kids leg”. Like pretty much every creepypasta about suited characters involves killing or cannibalism. It felt like one big cliche.
As far as "children's show character goes on killing spree" stories go, it wasn't too bad but nothing really makes it stand out. I can believe that Barney can rip a leg off because the guy in the Barney suit was jacked but is he seriously biting people with felt teeth?
