Great video Matthew Had my wine epiphany with nebbiolo(Gattinara)in northern Italy I did have truffles at that dinner I may prefer Nebbiolo Langhe to Alba Better value and can be declassified wine Can' t go wrong either way Hope to be at Oct tasting

I just purchased a Barbera D’Alba 2022 from Producer Bruno Giacosa, at $52. I hope to get those soft tannins that you talk about, although I guess it will have to wait for a few years. I didn’t purchase the Nebbiolo D’Alba from the same vintage and producer at $60, but after watching your video I might have some regrets for not purchasing. Any advice?

I honestly think nobody knows difference between Barolo and Barbaresco, even locals. its better to go by vineyard by vineyard bases.
