Plenty of flats wading, but many times a boat is used to get to the good flats. There are sharks and rays to watch out for.

I'm gonna be fishing that lure in the keys as well, but the only difference is the place Im gonna be kayak fishing is a flat with almost no mangroves or anything around. Will cudas still be in that area you think? Or do they need mangroves in order to live in that area?
