That was great! I'm trying to get over some throat virus thing and wanted something not too heavy on cardio or too long and that was perfect.

Thank you. Would have been helpful (essential for me) if you'd tell when to inhale and exhale in every exercise like you did in RING WORKOUT I was finding myself not breading :-(

Hi Marina, oh no..... always make sure you are breathing. In the ring there is a little more definite breathe pattern for the goals of the exercise. I'll add a few reminders throughout the workout to breathe naturally in barre. Thanks for working with me!
