I've been doing these at 5:30 in the morning before my full time desk job during the day and it makes a big difference! I love that I can do these during breaks or lunch too and still get a very effective workout I supplement with swimming, dancing, weight lifting etc. I have arthritis in right hip starting but this has really helped strengthen that area. Thank you so much for this! Hard but very doable!

OMG! totally loved this one! :) The thigh area is sooooo hard. And yes it burns while you work them. I like that it is not repetitive (which plays an important role to me to keep going because you know when it is over). Thank you also for mentioning the moms during this workout. The best part for me was to see the beach/ocean in the background. It was relaxing and an excellent motivation to keep going, knowing that spring and summer at the beach are here before we know it.

Thank you for another amazing session! I combined this w/another low impact workout and it made it just right! I definitely was feeling the burn especially bc you go through all the exercises on one leg all at once and then do all of them again on the other. It’s amazing how diff it feels and how much harder it is doing it this way vs doing it like both legs at same time constantly switching legs. I was like woahhh by like the fourth exercise LOL def need to keep doing this to get my strength up. Thank you for the short and sweet 🔥 burn ! ;)
Thank you so much! This actually helps with my knee pain so much! I love these exercises that get deep into the glutes and hamstrings. They help all parts of the leg. Please make more videos like these! I'll be replaying this for awhile and keeping an eye out for more exercises that focus on glutes and hams!

Thank you for this challenging workout. Today was the first time I managed to get through this without taking any breaks. It has taken a bit longer than a week though (I am turning 60 this year). I feel much stronger around my hips now. Hope all is going well with the challenges of parenthood in those early years. I love your workouts and hope you can find time to keep up this good work.
I love this video! I did it once a day for 7 days, and then twice a day about 6 days, and I saw fast results. I have been working on bodyweight exercises the last year to get rid of cellulite, about 85% gone when I started this video. I swear now in 2 weeks my cellulite is about 95% gone, and my bum is perkier. I am starting week three today and doing twice a week, one round with a 2.5 lb ankle weight and one round without. Your videos are soooo great! Barre really is great to get results.
