I love your workouts Kel! You have such a gentle manner, and your demonstrations of the exercises is flawless. I'm feeling so much stronger thanks to working with you, so thank you. I would like to hear mention of bracing the pelvic floor a bit more please. I think these muscles are often neglected, but are vital!

I've been saving this video until I felt a bit more 'intermediate' and it was a lot of fun! Loved the aerobics aspect - definitely going to alternate this with your other long routine from now on. Michaela's hilarious by the way, are the jokes a way of getting in extra abdominal crunches? :D

I did this, but my "resting" leg during session starting at min. 24 is the one hurting while doing the exercise. What am i doing wrong?

That will happen. Your "resting" leg is actually working as it supports your bodyweight.

Yup! A lot of my clients feel the burn more in the standing leg than the working leg! It’s working both sides :)

Im sorry to hear that! I recommend seeing a physician and giving your calves plenty of rest.

Must say, Coach Kel is still the best instructor. There's something about your workouts that really WORK. I've done all sorts for 20+ years, yours thins, lengthens and strengthens. No bulk.

she doesn't explain stuff beforehand. With this one, every new move I have to pause and watch again to see if I got the movement right and then never sure if counting is really happening equally for both sides. With Kel, I can just press play and follow along, it flows much better.

Omg yes agree only been doing 2 weeks but I’ve already seen that my body tightened up and I’ve gained back some of the flexibility that I’ve lost due to heavy weight training! Never going back to the gym and viva barre forever, thank you coach kel

I didn't like this workout because in my opinion Michaela stops to explain something and loses the count of repetition too many times. And when streching after an exercises she doesn't even takes 5 seconds, just one, two… so it doesn't work. I prefer when the instructor doesn't speak so much or if she needs to explain technical, it's better to do it while training, not stopping and losing the count of repetition. Anyway, thanks a lot for your work!! The Kel workouts are outstanding!!!!

@coachKel if you had online classes I would join right away. Have tried many things for a decade and that is by far what suits me best. I have done your workouts three times weekly since the beginning of the lockdown and my legs are thinner and more toned, my core is stronger and my mood is incredibly good.

I enjoyed this workout and saved it but realizing my calves are not as strong as I thought they were. Even with regular yoga and coach Kel barre videos my calves are messed up on day two. Muscles sent into so much tightness on day 2 I can barely walk. I would encourage others to do less reps on the calf section (the rest was fine) if you want to be able to function and not hurt yourself.

I recommend barre at least 2-3x a week! You can do them daily but I’d give yourself a rest day/stretch day at least once a week as well :)

I used sweet potatoes which felt insanely ridiculous but effective. This wasn't my favorite workout, mainly because I'm really picky about flow, but I have to say - my body feels not only stronger but very stretched out, similar to the feeling after finishing a yoga class. Thanks for producing all this content, it's great

I am just starting to use your workouts at home, KEL! I love barre and have not found any similar workouts to what I do at our local fitness center, which has been under close order since Covid.
