When I was looking for birds in the park, I accidentally saw these two hairy balls - a pair of barred owl couple - on the tree to my surprise. They have thick feathers. It was close to 30°C that day. I really felt hot for them. I was very close to them,. If I had been further away, they would have been obscured by tree branches.
