@gothrini, you don't understand this guy. This was his signature sound that was the unique crowd raiser in the 80s and 90s. One of the best reggae sing-songer until this day this guy resonates. Barrington Levy? Try to do some research on him. Very unique on the dancehall circuit. Love by many the world over. Gets a little older now. Blessings.

The fact is that the band backing Barrington Levy is Not versatile in playing the real hard-core authentic Dancehall reggae music overall makes the artist have to improvise on his craft.Just my observation. The Sly and Robby Shakespeare's and Lloyd Park's and other legendary instrumentalist's qualities are fading.He seems to be fed up with the playing of the on-stage band..

The vibe between the singer and the band is not tight. I don’t blame the band, the singer was behind the beat and seemed angry at the band, the crowd and the sound engineer. He was even forgetting his own lyrics. The band is excellent, though.

Duas partes desse show ficou muito chata. Him is another artist who love come on stage and waste time. Him and Leroy Smart got hit after hit put don't know how to bring it to the people. Frankie Paul use to do ahyow ahyow the same shit on stage. Now Tarrus Riley following behind in the same pattern. Audience don't know you for your voice they want to hear the song them hear your name call to.
