I bought my 3 flats for £36,000 in 2002 there now up to £85,000 not bad but possibly the cheapest 3 flats in the UK. The north of the UK won't go down much maybe 5 % imo but if you own a 1 bed flat in London worth £350,000 you should be expecting to be hit hard over the next 12 months from every direction. There is a big shortage of houses in the UK I have been buying housing stocks as late. As for barrow if it was a human it would be a sad lonely old man with no hope of anything positive in front of him.

Yes many have my coca cola is down 10% that I only bought 2 weeks ago I'm 14.1% down on Greggs but that's perfect as I'm not looking to sell I'm looking to buy more shares at a discount on top of that the share price may be down but the company is expanding and also its just done a deal with a delivery company, I also just got a sweet dividend payment that I can buy more shares with. The is not so many times that you can buy good quality company shares at far discounted prices but in 2023 the is bargain everywhere.

@ExCumbrianWanderer-lb5es Bring back ricky lucas Roger McKean. Remember the Cry Night Club Roger offered it to me for 1 million back in 2003 it just sold 2 months ago for 40k, I guess not all property has gone up in value. It's mostly their fault that there's no nightclubs left after their business antics, along with setting fire to clubs for insurance money.

@passivenomads Rick lucas has manhattons and broadway and Hollywood that's all there is for the night life now oh the old nines cloud9 is still open sometimes I believe

@passivenomads wonder what the plans are for the cry flats I'd guess as heard most of the old clubs have been sold I'd guess all will be flats or apartments can't see any of them returning as clubs
