I am not trained in any forms of self defence, I am not built like you are but I have stepped in when I have seen something that I consider out of order. Yes I was shitting myself on those occasions but having had a few bikes nicked, my flat burgled, car broken into numerous times I cannot walk by. A simple verbal instruction like I can't let you do that and hope nothing escalates. You are doing good work and I know it must be tough traipsing up and down the country making/editing content.
