I feel you man but at the same time they had to find a way to get rid of him so Barry and Iris would be able to get together and Eddie just seemed like a stain stuck on Iris clothes and it would not come off, so something had to be done about that. I feel bad for him but he's place just was not there.
But if you think about it, The speedforce sheltered him around like a shell, protects him so then he wouldnt get erased from existence. Thats how he just appears out of nowhere.

I'm okay with Iris, i dont have some lovely feelings for her but i dont hate her or smth. I actually think the writers dont show her character at all and use her for some drama and it makes me a little sad cause i expect so much more from her. BUT when i see Barry and Iris together, they have some chemistry and i like that feeling. Just i wish they could write Iris more good

I think Barry and Iris have the stronger connection because Barry loved Iris before he even knew what the word love was plus they've known each other since they were kids and they've been friends since then
Honestly, it was a joke. But since you are asking, this show (even with its crazy antics) has represented iris in a realistic light that I could relate to. As a back woman, I struggle to find sorry lines about black people where the black characters didn’t grow up in the ghetto, had a dad walk out, or have major struggles. I am grateful I did not grow up with many struggles but her character lives her life as though there are no issues in the world about race and gender issues. It is just a nice escape from the actual realities this world is dealing with. I apologize if this offends you, but my comment was meant to be taken with a grain of salt.

I don't feel bad for Eddie .. didn't think he was that great of a boyfriend, first of all he realized Iris had feelings for Barry he should of stepped aside and he really wasn't that great a partner to Joe west.. I didn't think that they would kill him.. besides Eobard Thawne is still here.
The was nothing wrong w Eddie...but nothing right either..he was just there. Very boring..not interesting. It's like he was just nothing special, no charisma rather boring. It's like he sucked the energy out of EVERY scene he was in. Also why would he think that he could get a girl to love him while she loved someone else. I know this happens in real life but how could u marry a woman who had a special romantic place in her heart for another man..u would do this KNOWING this? I'm sure men have married women who loved other men..maybe the guy died, or he didnt return the feelings but the current guy didnt know about the other guy or there was no way that other guy could come back into the girls life. But Barry was ALWAYS gonna be around. I'm w joe... he didnt want that life for Iris or Eddie.
@@melk6049 That is the question i have been asking....how can you love someone enough to make them forget that they are in love with someone else especially when that other person is always their to remind them . Eddie knew that is time with Iris was coming to an end the writing was on the wall.
@@sweetophe I know...I was ALWAYS confused by that...its one thing if the man she loved died or was on another continent but he's there EVERY DAY...and they get along and love hanging out together..Eddie was just dreaming and hoping...if they got married there would have been 3 miserable people..Eddie, Iris, and Barry
Ok, full honesty, I loved it when Iris was with Eddie because it showed that they both cared about each other a lot, but when Barry and Iris got together it was waaaay more than that. I love Eddie, but he and Iris aren't meant to be. Barry and Iris are, and I literally squealed when they first kissed, and I cried when Barry proposed the 2nd time(the musical episode)
There was a scene with Iris and Eddie in their apartment together. Can't remember which episode tho (even though you included some of it in your video)
I remember one time my sister tried cooking for me but she got the recipe wrong. She took a taste and threw up. She grabbed the food and said "I'm gonna make you a banana."
