Great interview! It took me years to find and read it but finished Barry's autobiography, Sweet Life last year and was so impressed by the challenges he has overcome in his life. Barry's dad took off when he was, like 2, he grew up Jewish in Queens or wherever in NY, he played professionally 4 Bette Midler, and I'm sure he's taken **** from people, but while he's docile seemingly, u can tell he's hardened by the touring/health scares and everything, life, I think most people love his music...and in Vegas the shows ain't cheap--so y would anyone b rude or obnoxious paying that , then if being an a.hole get thrown out? No, I think he's just very talented and a pretty famous/street smart guy.
