Pro Tip: Neapolitan pizza has less crisp because it's generally made with higher hydrated dough (70% +) which enables it to cook quickly from the inside out from air pockets formed in the crust and dough.

When I lived in Naples, in restaurants every person would get there own pizza and was eaten with a fork, you had too because it was so thin, couldn't cut in slices it so0000 delicious, the only pizza with hands was the street food pizza, square thicker sooooo yummy! They never put a lot of chz just a few chunks here and there, soo good you'd think you miss it but turns out being just right!

You have to try Viking Pizza just outside Nashville in Spring Hill TN. Amazing pizza

Ayyyy Dave. You gotta hit up Manny’s house of pizza downtown in the Arcade next time you’re in Nash. The story I heard on good authority is it’s a family run place. The guy was born in either Sicily (I believe) and then moved to NYC where he had a pizzeria before eventually coming here to Nashville where they’ve been forever. Plus the arcade is a real cool spot. It’s basically one of the first indoor malls in the US. Built in 1913. Everyone knows the rules.

This bodes well for Buonocore's in Haledon, NJ. I don't want them having a line down the block the way Rosie's did after Dave's review. Hopefully Dave gives it a score in the low 7s so I can still get my delicious, pillowy, slightly crispy Margherita in 15 minutes

At my local Neapolitan place they won't even accept call in orders. They insist you eat it fresh and it only takes likes 6 minutes to cook anyway. After 5 minutes in the box it's a floppy mess.
