Experiences differ. For me it's funny and I've also had it happen when I was older. I'm an absurdist and it helps. You should look into the mindset of it. It can breed kindness for the sake of kindness because if nothing has a point than you truly are being a good person just to be one. Trying to bog down exactly what the best person you can be isn't easy and in fact can make things to hard. Just do the best you can and work with what ya got. Right now I'm pretty not well in my headspace so things that make me laugh help. I hope the pain this caused you wasn't major.
