I know its just lemon lime bitters but the presentation of that was way off im sorry Your supposed to fill the glass with ice , add a lemon and a lime wedge A slight drizzle of lime juice Then add bitters , and top with soda , then a slight stir not enough to mix it together Im sorry but the way u made it wouldn't cut it at my work

Different bars/restaurants have different ways of doing things, for example if I served a lemon lime & bitters at my job with soda water it would be sent back so maybe you’re not the authority you think you are.
