BAS Saiga 12 Reanimated

This reanimation includes new reloads, firing animations, walk cycles, draw/holster animations, and a unique unjam animation. It should work just fine with base Anomaly, as well as EFP and GAMMA, given you are using the latest modded EXEs, and have BaS.
