Another really cute and relatable voiceover! I like to play "perfect" families as well, though I've tried randomising traits recently (especially with Sims discovering new traits throughout their adult life) in order to give me incentive to also play kleptomaniac, mean or evil sims sometimes. I also try going with the flow more and accepting invitations by family friends who are calling to go out in order to leave the house more. Sometimes that makes for really good stories, and my sims become closer with the sims who stop by to visit or who invite them to a festival or to meet their new dog. My main goal seems to be for my sims to achieve their goals and be as happy and healthy as they can be, and sometimes I feel that this motivates me to live a better life as well, so I don't see anything wrong with it at all. 😊 It's just wholesome. And about the build: I absolutely love the landscaping. It's so lush and beautiful, and the simple layout of the garden fits the simple shape of the house really well. Sometimes less is more, and there's beauty in simplicity. Your houses always feel lived-in and cosy, and this one is no exception. The wood tones add some warmth to the pale blue and bright white to create a space your sims will feel at home in. You've added so many thoughtful details (including the great no cc art) and put the furniture together so well that I'd love to play in this house, too! (My free time is so limited and there are so many great homes and captivating or inspiring stories out there! I usually only get to play 2-3 hours a week, since work is incredibly busy.) The story with the widowed mum sounds very sad, but also beautiful in a way, and the family is probably still quite chaotic, even if everyone is trying their best! Thank you for sharing this; I've been waiting for it and really enjoyed watching. ❤
