I have another base game build for you!
I decided I wanted to play around with the terrain tools again and make another sunken/basement garage for this house. This house has 4 bedrooms & 4 bathrooms and is situated on Optimists Outlook in Newcrest. It also has a gym & cinema room on the basement level.
This house has no CC and no items from any packs.
