Hello! In this Sims 4 stop motion speed build video, I've built a base game only modern house. With all the new packs that came out this year, I wanted to actually go back to basics and do a base game build. Here's a modern family home for four! It has three bedrooms and four bathrooms. I decided to build in Willow Creek, using the lot, Potters Splay (30x20). The front exterior of the house was inspired by a beautiful image I saw on Instagram (pk_architect) ♥
You can download my build from the Sims 4 Gallery. It is called BASE GAME FAMILY HOME. Please enable bb.moveobjects cheat before placing the lot. I hope you and your Sims love it!

This has to be the most gorgeous house I've ever seen. Also, thank you for doing it base game only, I can't afford any of the packs and sometimes the game feels way too limited. I'll be playing on this house as soon as I get home today ❤️❤️

My sims have been married almost all their young adult life and they're thinking of having a family soon. I've been trying to look for the perfect house for them and I only have the base game. This is absolutely perfect for them! Thank you so much for creating something so beautiful just using the base game! ♡ I can't buy the other packs especially at a time like this. I'll be enjoying this house all through quarantine ♡

This is amazing! I own a bunch of packs but it's still sorta hard to get the best out of some builds since they all use like every single pack out (and I'm too lazy to fix everything lol) so I think I'm just gonna use this gorgeous build and then change/add objects from other packs (like parenthood buy items for the kids). I just started a new save and I want to make a legacy, the mother will be an artsy stylist (so painting is also part of her skills) while her future husband is an author.

I love this home I used it for a family of 4 the mom a ginger haired hazel eyed botanist, the dad is a blonde blue eyed hunky man, a toddler that is grey eyed and brown haired boy and an aesthetic blonde haired teen girl who want to be a botanist like her mom! I use only basegame cause I cant afford packs right now...I have other stuff to pay for too! And this really helps me cause I have no packs and basegame is very limited and i cant have cc either cause I play on a ps4. Yes I know the comment is very long...

This is such a beautiful and realistic house ever, you did such a great job and I love all the hints of wallpaper over the house and the fireplace is so cool and realistic. I also love the cute little office thats out in the open near the windows but closed aswell. Everything is just so homey and its just so wonderful, oh and the garage is so realistic!😮😍 theres to much to talk about its just absolutely amazing tho❤ p.s the exterior is amazing aswell not just the inside and I love all the windows and doors you use
