I bought the vacuum cleaner a year ago and I used it very little, I used it two months ago this week I was going to use it but it didn't work, the red LED just blinks, it doesn't charge, it doesn't turn on and the LED doesn't turn off, it's been like 5 days and it doesn't I find information online on how to uncover it to check the battery. if you know something I appreciate it, thanks
