Many devices nowadays still using the micro USB port which will be discontinued soon. But USB-A is used on many chargers, computers, peripherals etc so I think it will remain in the market for some more years.
Hi, i have a poco x3 NFC, can this baseus charger recharge my cellphone as fast as the standart 33w charger that comes with It? If yes, what Port should i use? USB C or A? With the 100 pd cable or the standart one?
@thererissonxd this Baseus (65W) charger supports the double Wattage than your 33W factory charger. Bear in mind that each of it's three ports supports 33W charging so whatever (USB-A or Type C) you choose it will work perfectly well.

@shiv pathak do not worry for the voltage. It will not affect or damage the battery. The Baseus charger has over voltage and current protection as well as over charge protection, over heat protection and short-circuit protection. It's an international wall adapter 100-240V as I mentioned here: 01:45 It ( 02:14 ) comes in two prong versions-models (EU plug-type C and US Plug-type A). The product link in video description includes both models so that you can choose the one you like according to plug type. Apart from the prongs, both models have same specs. Yeah the charger I used in this video is for European outlets however there is a US plug model to choose, via the same product link. Type-C ports are very practical and cool, you should try them. New devices come with these ports. Glad you enjoyed the editing.
These Type-C ports support all quick charging protocols except from those that are used from OnePlus and Realme devices. That Baseus charger I tested has very good specs for it's price.
Hi, great review. Very detailed and valuable. I wonder about the speed of charge for macbook pro and the temperature of the charger during the charging. I noticed it was mentioned "charger get a little hot" but no exact figure. Dont know whether it is 50 `C or 75 `C. Did you measure the temperature? What is the safety limit of this charger?
@Peter Morvay thanks for dropping by. Baseus chargers have build-in protections for temperature, short circuit and over current/voltage, so you don't have to worry about high temperatures. However I mentioned in video that it gets a little hot when you use all three outputs simultaneously which is a normal behaviour. Since this is a 65W charger I suggest using a more powerful charger if you want faster speeds of charge for MacBook Pro. @T L H H If you use all three outputs simultaneously or the Type C#1/2 for laptops/phones at high charges then the device's temperature is increased which is normal. Also keep in mind that due to hot weather most electronic devices get hot in summer. I've pointed out in my video that this Baseus charger has temperature protection so there are no worries! ;)
Καλημέρα και συγχαρητήρια για το αναλυτικό review. Καταρχάς θα ήθελα να ρωτήσω γιατί στο video χρησιμοποιείς καλώδιο type c με 3A ενώ η μέγιστη τιμή της έντασης του ρεύματος στην έξοδο του φορτιστή είναι 3,25Α (μικρή η διαφορά). Δεν θα ήταν προτιμότερο να χρησιμοποιήσεις το αντίστοιχο καλώδιο της Baseus με τα 5Α για maximum επιδόσεις ? Το laptop μου (Hp envy x360 15-ee0003nn) αναφέρει στα specs πως η type c θύρα μου είναι : SuperSpeed USB Type-C® 10Gbps signaling rate με USB Power Delivery και Hp Sleep and Charge. Αρχικά όσο και να έψαξα στο διαδίκτυο δεν βρήκα πουθενά ποιό συγκεκριμένο πρότυπο Power Delivery υποστηρίζει η συγκεκριμένη θύρα καθώς επίσης και ποιά είναι η λειτουργεία του Hp Sleep and Charge. Θα ήθελα αν γνωρίζεις κάτι πανω σε αυτά να με βοηθήσεις. Σχετικά με τον φορτιστή τώρα, ο εργοστασιακός φορτιστής μου είναι 65W με έξοδο 19,5V στα 3,33Α. Τα maximum specs του Baseus 65W με 20V στα 3,25Α είναι πανομοιότυπα με αυτά του εργοστασιακού φορτιστή, με την διαφορά οτι στην τάση η τιμή υπερβαίνει κατά 0,5V την τιμή που δίνει ο κατασκευαστής στην φόρτιση απο το βύσμα που έχει ο εργοστασιακός φορτιστής. Στην type c θύρα δεν γνωρίζω αν αυτό παίζει κάποιο ρόλο για το αν ο υπολογιστής αντιλαμβάνεται κάποια μορφή υπέρτασης και περιορίζει την τάση στο μέγεθος της ονομαστικής (19,5V) αλλά το σίγουρο είναι οτι αν καποιος χρησιμοποιήσει καλώδιο με μέγιστη έξοδο 3Α οι επιδόσεις φόρτισης θα είναι σίγουρα χειρότερες απο τον εργοστασιακό φορτιστή. Για τον λόγο αυτόν σκέφτομαι να επιλέξω το καλώδιο με μέγιστη έξοδο στα 5Α (μαζί με τον φορτιστή που παρουσιάζεις) προκειμένου να πλησιάσω τα 65W της μέγιστης φόρτισης. Σχετικά με το καλώδιο αυτό όμως παρατηρώ οτι υπάρχουν δύο τύποι. Ο ένας είναι 5Α με 10 Gbps (όπως και η θύρα μου) και ο άλλος 5Α με 5 Gbps. Ποιά η διαφορά τους και ποιό είναι προτιμότερο να αγοράσω? Υ.Γ. Συγγνώμη για το μεγάλο κείμενο αλλά απο το review που έκανες αντιλαμβάνομαι οτι έχεις πολλές γνώσεις και πιστεύω πως μπορείς να με βοηθήσεις. Ευχαριστώ.
Καλη σου μέρα! Τα καλώδια 3Α που χρησιμοποίησα ήταν για τα τεστ με τα συνδεμενα powerbank προς φόρτιση. Έβαλα αυτά τα καλώδια γιατι (έχω κάνει και ξεχωριστά βίντεο γι αυτά) λόγω της μικρής εσωτερικής τους αντίστασης. Στα τεστ με τα max output του Baseus φορτιστή χρησιμοποιώ UNI-T USB testers (χωρίς καλώδια) ώστε να έχω μεγαλύτερη ακρίβεια μετρήσεων. Συμφωνώ στο να χρησιμοποιήσεις τo αντίστοιχo Baseus 5Α (100W) καλώδιo για το HP laptop σου. Υπάρχει και combo του 65W φορτιστή με τέτοιο καλώδιο σε προσφορά εδώ: Baseus 65W + 100W cable: www.banggood.com/custlink/KDDd51DiBR Προτείνω όμως να χρησιμοποιήσεις ένα φορτιστή μεγαλύτερης ισχύoς όπως τον Baseus 120W για να έχεις την ταχύτερη δυνατή φόρτιση στα 20V 3.25A αφού ο προηγούμενος είναι οριακά στα 65W. At first I wasn't sure about this charger because it's much bigger than any I currently have. But then I saw the current output which is quite impressive. Maybe the bigger size allows for a bigger transformer and capacitors. Great review, looks like a good product!
Thank you for sharing your thoughts. Please note that the size of this charger is small if you consider it's 65 Wattage output power. Other 65W chargers are (at least) double in size. Baseus used new technology semiconductors (GaN) to reduce the size of this charger while providing the max output power (20V 3.25A as marked down through my testings).
