Hey man, the best video for that docking station. Mine didn't find a second display. I see in video, hdmi only work when docking station has a second power supply

Can you test it on macbook ? Its because something went wrong.. Im not able to share macbook screen to external monitor with this Dock..

i bought this one couple years ago this far and i'm still connecting my screens through the laptop's screen port (asus Zenbook UX433f). the baseus device never worked properly and im still not having and answer from the custom service. i found on internet some others that had the same or related display problems but no a way to fix it. perhaps if you get one you can get the same problem.

Checked the specs of that laptop, seems that it doesn't have thunderbolt support which explains why this might not work

Great tutorial video. Can it power my laptop using USB C? I am using a Dell and it has a power adapter but also a USB C port. If it can charge my laptop using USB C, that would be great.

If your laptop supports PowerDelivery, it will charge it when plugged to a suitable power adapter.

As far as I know, it doesn't, you want to connect a PD USB-C power supply to it instead

hi there. i bought one but i cant seem to get signal to my 2x external monitors....any advice ?

Make sure the device you are connecting supports thunderbolt on the port you are connecting (maybe not all ports support it) also make sure drivers are updated too. if you connect only one screen, does it work that way at least?

No, everything was automatic, if your laptop doesn't recognize it there's a chance it doesn't support it.

how does it work with PC? I will connect my pc with display port to monitor but hdmi to Dock for work laptop. trying to find a good dock that works with PC type C too.

Most likely it won't transfer video from your PC as your PC probably won't support video over USB-C unless it's specifically a thunderbolt port, in that case it might work

Im experiencing the same problem, Im not sure if it occurs because any incompatibility between dock station and monitor or anything else.. Im using macbook M1 and LG ultrawide monitor

@@danieldeboer1588 I figured it out. You have to go to the control panel (search on computer) and then go to sound. From there you'll want to change the default sound back to your laptop/computer

Works (photo is available in the community tab of the channel) I can't confirm if multiple external screens will work as I only have 1 screen to test it with.

It depends what your laptop supports, there are non thunderbolt laptops that will mostly work with it, they have a lot of info on their site so you can check your model

So I purchased this dock and for some reason it is NOT allowing me to run multi monitors. If i connect the second monitor directly to my laptop it works. but does not work through the dock however the laptop does detect it. any help greatly appreciated

It might be that the laptop has some limitations over each port, what's the laptops model? maybe I can find something
