Our constitution never permit any state take anti national stand. Abdullah, mufti are not owners of kashmir. They are elected to run govern for betterment of Indian nationals. Any one who talk on seperatism with outside help especially Pakistan thinking is dream. Election, govt based on Indian constitution. Dr. Bashani has rightly pointed out that current Elected Party has to function within the Constitution of India. Secondly, any of the Pakistani citizen has zero right to discuss the Democracy in India because his country has no Democracy there. Thirdly, the State Govt. of any Indian State has no right to poke it's nose in International Affairs which is sole proprietory of Central Govt. So, please rule out your wishful thinking of J&K Govt. 'Forcing' Central Govt. to 'initiate' talks with Pakistan.

In the next few months, Jammu shall become a separate political entity. POJK shall be free from ur clutches by end of 2025. So, the former state of J&K shall be divided into 3 parts: Ladakh, Kashmir( including POK) and Jammu( including POJ). Mr Bashani's ancestral land shall join Jammu.
