Welcome everyone, here is how to use this meditation: Below are Bashar’s words on the Sacred Circuits. “Meditate three days in a row, one card at a time, one minute per card, in order 1 through 15, for fifteen minutes. And as you simply gaze and ponder and allow your mind to drift and just absorb the idea of the shape, just absorb the idea of the attendant concept without thinking, without analyzing. Just let it in. Just gaze at it. Just let your eyes be the true windows to your soul, your spirit, your mind and everything else. Allow yourselves the opportunity to just sit with these shapes and know that as you do so, what they are doing is that they are specifically designed to allow the neurological circuitry in your brain to rewire itself, to be representative of each and every one of these symbolic shapes, so that it may function in accord with the concept that is attendant to this shape and overall, over the course of these first 15 allow you to more holistically function in a hyper connected, hyper conductive associative accessing way to knowledge information about yourself, about the cosmos, about all that is in whatever way, shape or form is appropriate for you as an individual aspect of creation.” Bashar. Bashar also goes on to say that after the initial 3 days of suggested usage, you may then gaze on the cards in whichever order calls to you. You may choose just a single glyph and concept to meditate with, or a few, it is your choice. He still suggests staying around the 15 minute mark of usage per day for the most efficient usage. I hope this helps clarify how to engage with these symbols for people first discovering the Sacred Circuitry gift to us all.

I have been battling depression and anxiety this year and started doing this and the transformative shift + enneagramatic circuit exercises daily for the last 76 days now and I highly recommend it. It is safe to say it changed my life. It works in wonderful and unexpected ways. I was watching a circuitry video with very simple design but I'll switch to this one now because it is so beautiful. @@mikemckenneystudio5511 this is a great question, I'd say the Bashar thing that had the most profound effect on me was the Transformative Shifting exercise. The first time I uttered the affirmation " I desire to define my dedication to detachment" I quite literally took off going down that spiral of multidimensionality. The combination of many life factors made it the right fit for me, the visual aspect connected my to a sense of greater awareness, and from that state of perceiving a shift in dimensions, I could access more of myself. It was the most intense reaction to any permission slip or words of wisdom that I'd allowed wash over me in the last...well forever really. It really kicked the synchronicities off bigtime, or should I say I started to perceive and weight them much more highly than before. Not everything lands like that did and I guess that's the beauty of this journey, finding out what it is for you that resonates and if it doesn't, that's ok too. What other permission slips have people had an experience with?
Hello everyone, I hope you are enjoying the Sacred Circuitry meditation! I really poured myself into this project, and I send it out into the world with love and gratitude for the positive reflections I am observing in my life. You may have noticed that I concurrently designed a set of custom Flashcards for the glyphs and artwork. I felt that many people still resonate with having a physical item in their hands to meditate with, and was inspired to bring these to market, as part of the many insights and synchronicities that have been filling my life. I just wanted to drop a note here as I see quite a few of you are curious about these flashcards, and there have been several people getting a deck for themselves already - which is so very appreciated! There are currently 2 set configurations, and you can buy them just the flashcards (shrink-wrapped), or as with a custom designed flip-box* to keep them snug. I’ve tried to keep the costs down to make them accessible but I am open to feedback on the whole product line. The Collectors Edition set comes with a flip-box style box, adorned in a custom Sacred Circuitry design, plus higher grade card stock. The design sets are essentially: Classic and Art (front/back) Classic and B&W (front/back) There are 16 cards in total including an instruction card. Each card has a unique front and back design, for each of the 15 glyphs as per above the configurations. “Classic” refers to the look as seen in this video (without the breathing color overlay). “Art” is each of the 15 glyphs embedded into a visual scene as seen towards the end of this video. “B&W” refers to a high contrast black silhouette of the glyph on a white background. A particularly powerful way to imprint the images. *Flipbox sets are now live! For those who bought a set of shrink wrapped cards, already thank you so much, and if you would like to order a just the flipbox item with the custom artwork design, I will share the design with you and assist you in making this happen. I would genuinely love to continue to hear people's experiences with these glyphs. I feel like I am barely scratching the surface of the pure potential for transformative positive change after a couple of months of working with them, and would love to hear your insights. That's awesome to hear that you are noticing positive benefits so quickly, I am not surprised at all and feel such gratitude that others are sharing in the joy. ❤️😊 There is some part of you that clearly resonates with these glyphs, perhaps you are having a physiological reaction to them or perhaps some internal sense of change? In essence you are allowing, or permitting these glyphs to have a positive effect on you, so by very definition they are acting as a permission slip for you. These animated tools that I'm bringing to life each are permission slips in their own way for some people they will resonate and for others they won't.... but when you get the right one for you, when your beliefs systems allow you to open yourself to know more of yourself, then it is the perfect permission slip for you. I must also thank you for your feedback regarding the donate features you're tried to use. I updated the description of this video with a PayPal donate link, hopefully this should work more seamlessly for you. ❤️🙏 To expand on permission slips, Bashar might say something like: A permission slip is a tool, a symbol, a representation that allows you to give yourself permission to believe, to act, to feel in a way that aligns with your highest excitement, your true self. You see, in your society, you often look for external validation or authorization to pursue what you truly desire. The permission slip is a way to bypass that external dependency and realize that the true source of permission is within you. It's about understanding that you are the creator of your reality and that you don't need anything outside of yourself to validate your choices. When you use a permission slip, you are essentially saying to yourself, "I am choosing to believe that this tool, this ritual, this symbol, will help me achieve my desired state." The key here is the belief, the intention you put behind it. Whether it’s a crystal, a mantra, a meditation, or any other practice, it works because you believe it works. You are granting yourself the power to use that tool to access your own higher potential, your own innate abilities. So, the permission slip is a reflection, a mirror, showing you that you already possess the power to change, to grow, to manifest. It's a reminder that the power has always been yours. And by using it consciously, you align more deeply with your true nature, your higher self, and you become more aware of the role you play in creating your reality. I hope that helps

Thank you for your suggestion, I can see that as well. I have a few more expressive, creative versions planned too. When I first started playing with the glyphs the possibilities exploded in my head. It actually took considerable effort not to jump straight into the more wildly creative versions haha. That said, out of respect for the subject I felt I should focus first on the classic silhouettes of these powerful shapes, and then expand from there. Thank you for your ongoing support and curiosity.
There are hundreds of these sacred circuits. Use the general idea of the 15 Circuits to discover the other circuits and expand your understanding and connection to them. Listen to the story they are telling you and connect the stories to reveal the next chapter. Here's a clue: The one is the all and the all are the one. It's the same Circuit seen from a different perspective. Each individual circuit can express what the other circuits are expressing, and when it does, it becomes a new circuit. Let's see who figures it out first. Have Fun🎮😁
Ok this is cool. Thank you for your contribution and insights (teaser :) I like the idea of them all inter-connecting, and relating to each other as a fractal. I've been playing with rotation at different frequencies and there is something more there too... When I was making this animation, at one point by happenstance placed all the glyphs down on top of each other, instantaneously. The impression was striking, of a complex relationship, beautiful, powerful, almost too much to bare. Even as I write this I feel a creative spark you have catalysed for me, and I thank you deeply for that.
Mind blown. Something very profound and mysterious (and utterly inexplicable) seems to be happening in the magical transitions between symbols. It's kinda thrilling. Don't know what's going on, but I like it. Again, can't thank you enough. (I had a sensation of needing to vomit on the third day but couldn't - huh? By the way, what happens if you do it more than 3 days - should you even attempt it, why not?)
Thank you for sharing your experiences. There is definitely something magical available via relating to these glyphs. You can absolutely use them beyond the 3 day period. Bashar suggests the first 3 days following the sequence as illustrated in the video, but then afterwards allow your own inner guidance in combination with symbols to choose for yourself which glyphs to focus on from thereon. One thing suggested which I highly recommend is taking a pen and paper and drawing the glyphs down for yourself. This level of interactivity with them will help integrate the symbols into your consciousness. Fear not making mistakes drawing them, so long as they resemble the core shape, they are yours to play with. Would love to hear an ongoing update from you. Enjoy the magic ❤️

I can absolutely accommodate your request, in fact I am at this very moment planning a few alternate versions with a simpler treatment as you suggested, so your timing is perfect. I will definitely produce a version without the breathing overlay as I'm hearing that it is not for everyone, as well a version(s) that gets straight into the 15 minute sequence without any preamble for those who are already familiar with the Sacred Circuits and would appreciate a daily practice without any further explanations. I think when meditating outdoors and indoors I would just flip the card to improve readability. Much love. And regarding the size I would do squares or rectangles which fit in a shirt pocket, that would be ideal to carry everywhere ❤
I have some good news for you, hehe, check the video description for a link to the flashcards (RU-vid deletes links in comments). I had the exact same thought when I decided to make the flashcards and designed a version of them with a black and white side and a silver on black for the rear., as a set of 15. They are also in a square shape and definitely pocketable :) You can buy them with or without a box as I tried to keep them affordable. ❤️

It's pretty wild. I've seen Bashar videos from other creators which are simply voice with titles get 10K views overnight, so the desire for this information is there, and it feels like more and more people are ready to receive it. I hope to establish the channel as a toolset for people who wanted to practice the permission slips after being inspired by Bashar's words. Change is happening and it feels like it's accelerating daily.

Hello, you could do that if that feels right for you. The advice from Bashar was the 15 minute duration was enough of a "dose" for the mind to absorb in one sitting. Allowing for time between each impression of the circuits gives your mind a chance to integrate and make changes. I don't believe there is any harm in using the glyphs more often especially if you are finding results that way personally, it was suggested however that extended periods may, in a way, affect the efficiency in which you can rewire your minds based on these impressions. This is just a suggestion and I am curious about your ongoing experiences as you play with the glyphs 🙏❤️
