There’s nothing outside of you not even to have nothing in remember everything is in fact in you your reality is you you are living inside your own self, so you can change anything instantly it’s just for some reason you have learned that your world has to be a certain way because when you decided to be born into a family you had those things come up so you learned that. When you realize that none of those things are actually true about your self (living in your own self) get rid of all that stop buying into garbage other people have told you or whatever you already know what and who you are at your core you don’t need yourself telling your self something that contradicts your true self.

You ever had one of those days that litterally everything went your way the lights you had a friend come and you did stuff with them then you went some other place got some type of discount or free stuff without having to think about anything to hard. One of those days where you are super light, that is what we call the “flow state”, that is gamma brainwave between 40-60hz or cycles per second. That is your true state of being, happy joyful everything is light no worries, people could cut yoour off or be yelling or doing thing and you just carry on joyful and all that. That’s what it feels like, if you manage to be like that all the time that’s the optimal state.

Waking up in spirit (heaven) where you are - where we ALL are, RIGHT NOW - dreaming of being a human being on Earth. And yes, everyone you have ever known is in spirit, too.
