In The Interstellar Alliance Social Experiment: Step 3 Bashar will show us the next step on the path to becoming global citizens. We're moving past the stage of changing our beliefs and attitudes, and into learning a course of actions that move us closer to our galactic family. Step 3 will discuss writing letters to specific individual officials around the globe regarding disclosure of UFO contact. Bashar will be providing very specific wording, timing, and directions that we can use to create a coordinated, strategic message about our preferences to join the Interstellar Alliance.
