No they will speak English..Pretty sure They speaking tagalog cause they are in Philippines now..In MSC they must speak English to communicate with jungler ..Also Cloud 9 won't appreciate the fact the players speak a different language in tournament

C9 should really study and adopt Onic ID's playstyle because they're great at using and excelling with the damage jungle role. During the last MSC, the meta favored ONIC, which allowed them to dominate against PH teams, and I think it might lean their way again this time.

moonton is doing everything to make other regions compete better with ph teams but they didn't realise they (ph) too can adapt to any meta thrown at them they released this new patch knowing that msc is just around the corner and Indo teams had been practicing on advance server weeks before the current patch, they badly want ph teams to lose this msc

Tank jungler works because the jungler become front liner and can easily tank enemy while securing objective which other damage dealers still struggling to do. But if both team decide to go no tank jungler than it will be more fun to watch
