Laptops are only vv necessary in college. When ur in hs, it's not needed but it can be if u have subjects that require u to use powerpoint and print stuff

Our school is a magnet school (Apple distinguished school) so we get laptops to use for school to take home and use for school, and we return them each summer.

dilettante Don’t worry 😂😂😂 bring a knife to defend urself with it. XD But then the person would be fuc**** up. lol To Be honest as college student I can bring my laptop which is my first MacBook Pro 13 inch which is the newest. I got it a year ago and it is going pretty smoothly. Also I’m thinking of getting headphones so maybe I can do my homework while listening to classical music.

i start school on august 21st and i really needed this because recently i've been moving and we are also very poor and my mom is worried she won't be able to take us back to school shopping but we already have lots of stuff for back to school (especially me because i practically hoard pens, mechanical pencils, highlighters, markers, sticky notes, and basically all stationery stuff)

That's great that you hoard a lot of school supplies because it is absolutely not necessary to purchase new supplies every year! I've been using a lot of the same items from 2 years ago, and i'm going to continue to use them again this upcoming school year! I hope you have a great first day of school!!

If your school allows it, gum is a MUST! It's great to freshen up your breath, it can help keep you focused and awake, plus it's just nice to chew on to hold you over until lunch!

I recommend a travel-sized tube of lotion, a small bottle of sanitizer, Kleenex, wite-out tape, paper clips, USB driver (8GB is usually enough), mints/gum (if permitted), and ofc, replacement refill lead for your mechanical pencils.
