I just finished this workout 10 mins ago, and this was one of the hardest workouts i have ever done, I feel like I want to throw up now. It feels weird doing the push ups and squats and not resting after. This definetly tested mental strength as well

An alternative is to jump rope instead of the shadow boxing. For me, it is impossible to cheat the cardio if my rope is rotating.

Help me confirm and clarify bro, So like: Total 20min workout(5minsx4sets) In 5mins: 25 reps pushups>squats> remaining time shadow till end of 5min (1set) Rinse and repeat till 4th set Notes: keep your body active ,relax, flow , buil mental strength

because most people don't train for a specific purpose for your body to excel in a certain way unless you're an athlete. sprinters train in explosive weight lifting for those short bursts of power. they don't lift the way they do to look good but to perform better while most people you see at the gym train to "look good" and thats a vague reason. they're not training their body to do things a certain way but rather just to be a certain way. if you ask me..thats a huge waste..why settle for one thing when you can reap more benefits?

This routine is pure thunder mate !, I added before push ups 10 pull ups and for shadow boxing I modified to 3kg dumbbells… this really build insane warrior endurance. What do you think?.

I’m in my 30s I started boxing training again but I’m definitely out of shape 😅 Yesterday after I did road work jump rope and slip rope drills I finished up my workouts doing your 20 min workout and I was only able to go 15 minutes before my body just gave out 😓 Legs are sore but tried it again today but I Still barely made it to 15 mins I will push harder Thanks you ✊🏼🥊

it really does depend on what your goal is. if you're looking for size, i'd probably do this 6x per week as well as eating way more. if you're looking to build explosivness and savagery, i'd do it 3x per week with the intent of gong extremely fast with very little rest

depending on your fitness level, i would recommend you do this 2-3x per week. if you have a fight coming up, i would cut this out completely to not let the muscles get tightened up.

how to even do knuckle push up? i can do over 50 regular push ups but cant do even 10 knuckle push up because it feels like my wrist/hand is going to snap

Start off slow my bro. You can do planks and hold that on your knuckles. Also, you can do elevated puships where your knuckles are on a bench or low wall. This will ease the pressure on your fists. Then from there you can slowly progress lower and lower until your hands get stronger

Haha I was waiting for someone to ask this question!!! This is a great one btw. I used to do a TON of burpees. I found for my style of fighting, burpees were kinda a slower movement for me. If I’m going to have the intent to build muscular endurance with a push-up and squat type of movement, I’m going to burn it out with high reps (20-30pushups followed by 20-30 squats back t back in a circuit). As for my wind, I need faster movements like either a bear crawl, jumping rope or sprints. I gathered this philosophy over time and through experience. This is what works best for me.
