Thank you for this information, it is very helpful. Shouldn't center pieces correspond well with most settings,? I'm thinking this should depend on how and what's being served. In cases where the space is small or limited, cocktails glasses, and charcuterie grazing boards can be removed since this comes before the main course leaving the main course setting in place. The guest are already settled at their tables, and late comers still won't look inappropriate as they join the cocktail hour. By the time the main course and event actually began, most guest will be seated comfortably.
