Amazing video. Does HPLC use filters at all? Or is it just to filter the mobile phase. I had a friend say their peaks looked wrong b/c they were accidentally using UPLC filters instead while running the HPLC.

You have to use vial cap with septus to avoid carryover. Especially if you use autosampler. Also applies to manual injector. Nice video.

Since you're using reverse phase hplc, how does size-exclusion hplc differ from this? is it only the column used which is different??

I didn't get even any super explanation. Everyone explain in a shortcut. If you can , explain every function of hplc with example. Because those who are watching these videos of course they are working in a company. They get very small time to use & learn about it. You know company has a restriction.
