HI. Next I share my first mach3 video in English version, I hope the translation is correct and you can understand it. Basic handling of Mach3 Cnc Router (beginners)
Doing the manual movement the HARD way. Note the shift and control keys to the left on a keyboard? arrow keys alone move at the sped set in the fly out. SHIFT with an arrow key -- moves at TOP speed ( set in motor tuning). Control with an arrow key -- moves ONLY the distance set in The CYCLE JOG ( the move distance is displayed to the right of Cycle Jog) NO NEED TO EVER use that flyout at all once you have the jog distance set. For my uses .010 is as fine of a move I need. There is 3 distance settings there. These can also be set in the general config window, third or fouth down under that config button top left. There about half way down one of the 2 mifddle columns there.
I can not get mach2 to install the driver in windows 10 or windows 7. Something odd going on. The install driver screen does not open. I have tried everything. The driver test program does not find the driver.
Hi Sir, I can see you are an expert..! I hope you can help me..! Can you demystify some of my worries..? There is lot of confusion regarding the reliability and consistency of mach3 as it is PC based and USB or Parallel port.! Lot of people say that it may behave funny in the middle of a project and it may ruin the entire job..! which can be caused by slight voltage spikes from nearby high power accessories like VFD or Motors. And relying fully on PC for CNC operation is not recommended. I am so worried about all these..! I am not sure how much immunity against such HF-RF Noise shielded cables can offer..! But dedicated CNC controllers like Masso and RichAuto are insanely priced.! and I don't have access to USA or Euro Based other CNC Controllers here..! People have also mentioned that If signal voltage is high (24v or higher) It can withstand such interferences..! But mach3 operates at 5V only..! So there is high chance of signal contamination..! Is that a huge concern..? Mach3 Boards are affordable. But If I cant use them for longer projects , then there is no point in spending money for all the parts which are still expensive..! I am so worried..! Secondly, I have seen in videos that The baud rate that mach3 communicates at , is not adequate to drive powerful servos..! ! So Only steppers at low power application is possible with Mach3. That is so discouraging..! Can you help me?
Sir how to resume Engraving feature mach3 software when electric power cut, and after power came how to resume Engraving where power cut, please guide me
Actually I do not know that function in Mach3, what I know is how to start the program from a certain line but for that you must know where the program was before the failure occurred, I think it is not useful in this case, in the same way you I share the video (espanish version) ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-7p166pG4vVU.html Best Regards.
@@Cncideas817 sir according your video when power cut, I clicked stop button, the , I click page up key for z up , after z up , I click TO go, then after clicking to go , GO ZERo, then close , mach3 software, after came power, open z code, and enter line number where power cut, after fill line number , click enter key, then press cycle run option, but why you not click spindle motor click, tool will broken when spindle will move where power cut, please clear confusion 🙏
@@sonuverma2796 It is possible that this detail has been omitted, logically the spindle must be turned on before starting to work on the material, otherwise the tool will break. Greetings
Perdona, no había traducido el título. Conocía este vídeo en Español, pero como me interesa todo de CNC y sobre todo lo que subes tú, lo he pedido rápidamente al español 😆
