I think you should go to bed every night knowing that there are a thousand students out in the world that genuinely love you man. You contribute to so many peoples success.
School and college lectures should just be your review videos like these. I think maybe one week of your lecture videos can get anyone through all of calculus. You literally allowed me to go through an entire calc class thank you!
i looked into the coomment section before watching the video and you seemed like someone who really knew his math's i didnt understand a word of what you just said. im at the 30th minute and i found the same result that you did i when i realised that he made a mistake it hit me i remembered ur comment all i can say is this man is really good at teaching.
Please check 30.30 where you divide 2 by - 4 to get - 2 as the constant in the last term. Shouldn't this be - 1/2, ie - 1/2 (ln 5 - 4x)? Otherwise, haha, of course absolutely excellent and gives hope where there wasn't so much. Cheers
Gavin Lockard once u get to calc 3 it will be good looking up professor leonard. Dont be afraid by the length of the videos, trust me you will thanks me later😁
15:41-30:40 7. Antiderivative of Exponential Functions and Rational Functions - Natural Logs 30:41-41:08 8. Integration of Trigonometric Functions - sin, cos, sec^2, sectan, and more
I think at 2:19:35 s(t) is supposed to be s(t)=1/2t^3-3t^2+15/2t+1. I think you forgot the 1/2 for the first variable. Great videos though man you're a lifesaver.
I don't often comment on videos but this is fantastic. Watching it the night before my midterm and it covered everything I need to know. I sometimes have no idea where to start my studying and it can be scary, but this has helped so much :)
bruh I love how you explain in a very simple way that even if somebody haven't studied maths or calculus still can understand what you say. bruh you are the reason why I am passing calc in uni! Thank you so much!!!
I really love your videos sir! They help me understand stuff i couldn't from online class and I'm really grateful to you for this. But could you make a playlist so that it will be easier for us to find what's the next video to watch and learn from?
Hello. I don't think you did the integral @ 30:32 correctly for (2/5-4x). it should be -1/2In(5-4x). (-4) is the denominator. If 2 divides, we should still have -2 as a denominator. Hence the correct integral would be In(5-4x)/-2 or better still -1/2In(5-4x)... Thanks though for this free class.
Thank you so much for creating these videos! I have an upcoming exam on Calculus and this video is a great summary on everything I have learned so far. There was a mistake that you have made at 30.30. One person in the comments section has already mentioned it but either way you are a great tutor. So keep up the work and hope you have a good day.
coming here from calc 1 in college, Have a professor who doesn't speak good English and isn't a great teacher. Besides your teaching skills, you are an amazing and very gifted human being! Just know we all appreciate everything you do very much. If you think about it you are educating masses of people for FREE. bless you and thank you so much!
Dude the way you just explain everything so simply unlike my lecturers who phrase it in the most fucking confusing way possible to make me fail. I could kiss you🥺
I can't even express how grateful I am to be able to watch your highly qualitative content for free. I hope god blesses you and your family with wealth, health & happiness. You are awesome! I get overwhelmed so easily especially with mathematical expressions used in lectures or scientific literature. You helped me a lot with my anxiety because you have an incredible way of showing the simplicity of seemingly complicated topics. Thank you so much !
Words cannot express my gratitude for distinctions I got on both my tests for the semester. I needed to remember this basics after 8 years since diploma. Can't wait to finish with my degree😅, thank you so much 🇿🇦
This video is really a big help!!! Calculus is so hard if you are self-learning, because of this pandemic, and because I had a project where I need to video myself and teach on how to solve integration using rules, your video truly helped me to understand calculus clearly!!! Our teacher uses terms that make calculus hard but the examples you use to teach us are a great way to teach and learn each topic of calculus clearly. Kudos to the man behind the voice of this channel and a big THANKS!!!!! ლ(^o^ლ)
0:51 the antiderivative (integral) of x^2 is x^3/3 since the derivative of it is 3x^2/3 =x^2, so you got straight back to x^2 . 2:24 the antiderivative of x^4 dx is x^5/5
58:44 to 59:32 error found, delta x is =1 so the area is also wrong since we count in 1s not 2s when using the number line and that messes up the multiplication for the area which is correctly=204 and not 240
Thanks very much. I had been illed when my class was about learning integrals, also I had surgery at that time so that I can't go to the lessons for now only thanks to you I learned the integrals in 2 hours 😭😭😭😭😭🥳🥳🥰🥰🙂↕️🥹
Man thank u soooooo much im a college student I was suffrieng until I watched this videos man I hope when u go to bed sleep with comfort because you saved thousands of people
First time on this channel, ive been falling behind for years because i didnt pay attention during highschool in covid. i accidentally made it into my dreamschool (got lucky) and im falling behind there too. This is the first time im actually studying in literal *years* (thanks "gifted" kid burnout) and i want to thank you for making this channel. Seriously, i will be back, more than once just because i probably fell behind again, thank you.
hey, just wanted to say im the SAME as you. except I'm an idiot so my first time taking calculus i still thought i can wing it. needless to say i failed miserably so here i am... on this vid about to take calculus final exam for the second time...lol. wish me luck i really CANT fail again😭
Shouldn't the final answer should be -1/2ln|5-4x|+C. I was waiting for you to correct the answer as you normally do when you make a misstep. I'm working the problems as you go along and I've improved so much! Thank you! You are a big help, I tell all my Cal and Physics classmates about you!
Thank you so much for all the videos that you make !! I've done so well in physics, chemistry, pre calc, calc, etc because of watching all your videos! Again, thank you so much!
I am not sure but it seems like there's a notation typ0, notation mistake at 2:33:00 . Is it not the derivative of integration of ... rather than just integration of the function ... ?
Are you sure you're not a physical chemistry teacher as well? The end of this video definitely has to do with what we are learning in physical chemistry right now.
