Dear, Before starting of welding should ensure some key points are ... 1) Gas pressure range between 1.5 to 3 or more bar for achieving good welding bead and prevent from gas fault. 2) gas pressure ratio will be 80-20% ratio of Argon -CO2 and in cases ratio will be 90-20 3) Nozzle should always spatter free 4) Tip is used with respect to its wire diameter 5) wire grade always similar to its base metal welding 6) if you use fixture for clamping a part. So, air pressure required is to be 4-6 bar. This instructions are enough before starting welding process...

@@aforabbottabad7977 dear in this case we just to update axis position is which is shown by star only ...first you go in Robot then Home Position ...you see there six axis in which axis show star other than value ...... Then go in second home Position match eye mark ...then updated that value in home Position...then after that your robot work accurately ...without any teaching loss ...if some time teaching also deviate from its position when you not match the eye mark properly...
