Hi you can help me please in troubleshooting of the valve say this "High static pressures build when valve shuts off" what the mean?? My issue in my graco process is soft spot in mix materail
Check the ratio. Soft spots mean that part A & B are not phased (A & B are not entering the mix tube at the same time) High static pressure (not sure what you mean but) check the Pisto calibration Screen. Make sure that the Pistons enter the pump chamber at the same time. There is a procedure in the manual
What do you mean not stable? What are you dispensing?, What are the piston sizes?, They are on side of cylinders. What is the specific gravity of A and B material? What shot sizes are you having trouble with? These are initial questions.
