Basic swivel technique to gain strength and co-ordination, to improve regular single strokes.
Can be used at any tempo range, ideas and exercises still relate at any tempo.
Weak foot is always the focus. Try and lead as much as you can with the left, especially whilst playing grooves with your hands.
12/8 is harder - get the RF-RH 3 over 2 feel down first then add the other foot in.
