Omg guys mali pala spelling/pronunciation ko ng PERSPIRE at ANTI-PERSPIRANT 🤣 Buong buhay ko akala ko PRESPIRE siya hahahahaha. Nkklk! I stand corrected though! Also, some of you I think misunderstood the discussion on the pH! Just to clarify, I know that the lower the pH level, the more acidic it is. This was my point: • Our skin's usual pH is mildly acidic at 4.75-5.25. • However, our underarm pH level is HIGHER (but I did not necessarily say it was MORE ACIDIC, I just said the pH LEVEL IS HIGHER). • Since our underarm pH level is HIGHER compared to the rest of our skin, this is why it is able to tolerate the higher pH of BAR SOAPS better. 👍 Hope that makes it clear! 😁

Growing up hindi ako naturuan ng proper care for my underarms and I was too scared to ask kasi it feels like I should know it in the first place but I was never taught how to? Sobrang misleading din ng ibang videos online and most of the times hindi sila gumagana sa akin. Pakiramdam ko may medical issue na rin sa underarm ko kaya parang walang progress na nangyayari but I'm thankful that this is in the light already. Thank you for the tips, hopefully gumana siya sa akin!

I changed my diet to keto/carnivore 3 years ago and I was surprised that I only did not get rid of my migraines but I also noticed that I do not smell. Most often these days, I do not need to wear a deodorant. If I violate my diet by eating carbs and sugar, I immediately notice that I smell more. My partner is caucasian and as a group , they tend to smell stronger than we Asians but since he changed his diet, he does not reek of body odor anymore even if he is not wearing deodorant.

@@magdalene8244 no carbs meaning no bread, pasta, rice, grains, etc. I also avoid anything that has sugar in it ( meaning no fruit juices, soda, cakes, pastries, ice cream etc). When I drink coffee, I drink it black. I mostly drink water only.

DeoNat (tho it says it's aluminun chlorohydrate free) and Milcu works for me! Sometimes I just dont put deo. Nivea and Dove made my armpit darker. I never shave, I wax. LayBare beke nemen haha. I use Cosrx GM Cleanser Low Ph for my sensitive areas(armpits, down there if u know what I mean, and face).

Nivea kasi ang gamit ko ,ok siya never talaga ako nagkaamoy kapag yun gamit ko pero naghahanap kasi ako ng makakalighten sa ua since nangitim ua ko kaka deo ko(like rexona pag walang budget) . My boyfriend never uses deodorant, pawisin siya pero di naman siya nag kaka BO, kaya naniniwala ako, once na gumamit kana you cant stop, sakin naman i used to have dark spots chicken skin sa underarms ko because of plucking then I started watching videos pano mag improve yung underarms. Sabi you should never pluck kapag tipong maliit or patubo palang yung hair kasi naiiritate and possible magsugat thus cause pangingitim, so I patiently wait na humaba ng konti bago ko e pluck (kung may budget pa laser ka or wax), and gumamit ako whitening chinchinsu lol yeah i did but only during at night after shower walang deodorant, kung pumapasok ka sa work at day di kaya na di magdeodorant, kaya pag lumalabas ako i used milcu and it worked naman for me, back then, result drastically nag improve ung underarms ko pumuti di naman gaya sa artista pero pwede na tipong magsleeveless di na nakakahiya. Dumating lang sa point i stop using na chinchinsu at milcu tinamad ako dahil sa milcu for some reason parang naging mild na masyado, kaya now i used nivea whitening nalang.

Hi, Ms Patricia. Acanthosis nigricans po is one of the signs of having diabetes. I guess rule out po doon is the high blood sugar level. 🙂 A lot of Filipinos suffer from it bc we Filipinos, generally, loves sweets plus main food natin is rice that is high in carbs po. 🙂

I don’t have bad underarm odor nor a very sweaty armpit. I just observe hygiene. Once I took off my clothes, I don’t wear it again. If I take my bath, I don’t wear clothes I’ve already worn. Once my body perspire, I change my clothes right out. I also don’t wear somebody’s clothes kahit kapatid ko pa. Kapag outside ako at nagpawis ang kill-kili ko, pinapahanginan ko lang. Overall, I don’t use anything to my armpit be it natural or not. There’s a ‘myth’ that said na if you’re not hygienic ‘down there’, pangit ang amoy ng pawis, ulo at kilikili mo. Be it true or not, just change undies when you see it fit para panigurado.

In addition sa tip mo, wag isusuot ang damit na sinuot na lalo na kung naligo ka then isusuot mo uli yung damit. Wag kang magsusuot ng damit na alam mong may anghit. May mga days na di mo feel maligo because of some reasons, magpalit pa rin ng damit at undies at hugasan. Kapag namamawis ang kili-kili, diskartehan na mapahangin ito hanggang matuyo. Me and my family don’t use anything because of the above ways we do conscientiously.

Omg out of all the ones i watched na kilikili skin care this is the most reasonable and matino!!!Ang daming mga vloggers na nagssuggest ng “natural deo” tf and its annoying how these companies capitalize from it. When in fact their products are much more irritating than the deo that have aluminum. And yes its also true na hndi dpat iscrub ng malala ung ua bcos the skin is very delicate and it could irritate it, instead use aha, bha or vit c. I also use hydrating toner and then moisturize! I had huge problem too sa ua ko kasi umitim siya but after some time i realized why not use my face products since theyre both skin anyway, and after that its gotten waaayy better. Thankyou for this informative vlog and i hope maayos rin problems ng mga namomoblema sa ua nila! :)

I also use it too. A small size really does wonder sa super oily face. Tapos yung largest size nila could really last you a long time. Yung sakin more than 3 months na ata sya and kokonti pa bawas.

Hirap kasi i-educate mga tao na hindi lahat ng may chemicals ay masama, in fact literally everything is made up of chemicals, meron kasi separate category yun and it's called *Harmful Chemicals.* The terms "Natural" and "Organic" has demonize the term chemical and additionally these products are often ridden with harmful chemicals. The irony is so painful.

@@unnice7199 d ko alam if maganda ba siya pero nivea men whitening chuchu ata yon, ewan ang bango nya HAHAHAH lakas maka pogi, kaso d ko alam if jan angelo approved ingredients pero thank God wala akong problema sa kili kili gano, no irritation and pangingitim at all unless magkaroon ng maraming options si miss jan ng deo na hindi nakaka itim na mas mura sa andito 😭 siguro ill change if ever

Hindi ko alam kung gagawan to ni momma ng vid or what pero madali lang, Based on my experience sa EAMC ako, mamili ka ng hospital under ng PDS, Pero for me EAMC pinaka madali, Mag message ka lang sa kanila and may fifill-outan ka na form. After mo mag fill out makikita mo don yung format kung paano ka mag send ng pics sa derma, ganun exactly isesend mo, once maka submit kana ng response mo sa form and pics through messenger wait ka nalang mag message sayo ang derma. 😁 Pwede ka pa mag tanong if may hindi malinaw

For underarm, only aloe vera deo from forever living works best for me. I have been using it for more than a decade already. Anyway, I am grateful for this video since lately I've been thinking of using a scrub for my underarm. Maybe I'll just stick with calamansi or try one from your list. God bless po. 😊
