Little fun fact this band and bring me the horizon started their music careers together they would share a tour bus going around England and Europe before making it big in America
Yes, Bring Me The Horizon has collabed with Sam Carter on the single from their "Suicide Season" album on 'The Sadness Will Never End' and Oli is feat. on the Architects, 'Even If You Win, You're Still a Rat'. Sam and Oli are good friends to this day. 😇
The orchestral version of this takes it to a whole other level. The latest album from which this came is much more accessible to people like you who are less keen on screaming. there is some screaming but it is generally proportionate and appropriate to each song and there are a number of songs which have little and no screaming. I would highly recommend it. ‘ For those that wish to exist’. Dead Butterflies, Meteor, and Dying is absolutely safe would appeal to you I’m sure and you should give Black lungs, Giving Blood, and Goliath a shot.
You should check out ERRA. They just released a new song called nigh to silence that has screaming but it’s beautiful. They also have other really pretty songs that I think you would enjoy. Also black lungs by architects is another good one.
I love the song “Hollow Crown”. It’s a sad one and is more like a ballad, but gets heavier with screams in the end. It’s their third album, but you also need to check out “Dead Butterflies” :)
Most of their stuff is heavier than this, but they do definitely have some lighter and really good songs beside this one: Dead Butterflies, Meteor, Little Wonder and Libertine come to mind
This is from Architects newest album, which is a good bit softer than their previous albums. I’d recommend listening to more stuff from their previous albums. (I still like their new album but imo the albums before it were much better)
I love these guys, and having been a fan since day one, and friend since esrly in their career in north America, they always made me laugh, sometimes unintentionally. I remember once they told me their next record was gonna sound like Pink Floyd, and then they released an album in pretty much the exact same soundscape as their previous one. Their newest release, which is arguably their biggest/most popular to date, is the first one truly in a different soundscape since their second full length record, titled “Ruin.” Everything else after that record was more or less fairly similar, or similar enough that no one would question “is this actually Architects?” This record threw everyone who was a fan for a loop, and left a lot of older fans divided. It had to grow on me, because all I wanted was that passion from Sam that I saw all the time on stage , or a gnarly “blegh” thrown into a song before a breakdown, and there was no semblance of that really on this one.
pleaaase react to from ashes to new... its linkin park + bmth`s no screaming side... I would recommend my Fight its great... and if you want to react to more architects i think little wonders is a great track... It has no screams in it
"Little Wonder" of their latest album I suppose you could like even more. It's even more towards the rock side of things and also a really good song! Doesn't have a music video though
You'll love dead butterflies, I also suggest checking out their live performance of Gone With The Wind at the Alexandra Palace, it's such an emotional performance from the band because it's such an emotional song for the band, it was one of the last songs that the previous lead guitarist Tom Searle wrote before he passed away in mid 2016, he was the main songwriter for the band and was a founding member, he is the twin brother of the drummer Dan Searle and best friend of the singer Sam Carter. There's also a moment where Dan is speaking about his brother
Love this song, that chunky riff is simple af and awesome. Other songs I'd recommend are "Giving Blood" and "An Ordinary Extinction" from the same album of "Animals".
'I Feel Nothing' by The Plot In You, is wonderful. I'd be shocked if she didn't like it. The video is superb, and to me makes the song so much better for first time hearing it. Like videos used to be. Essential to the enjoyment of the song for first time listen. Adds deeper meaning and emotional impact. So that you see the video in your mind's eye when hearing it again without the video. 🤌🏻
I think you gonna like Future Palace. You have to start with parted ways. Next Architects song should be dead butterflies like the others wrote. Have a nice weekend.
I think that you would definitely like Oh no and It never ends at the royal Albert hall by by Bring me the horizon. P. S. You have a really nice smile and I hope you have a great week.😀
Dead butterflies would be the best option for an architects song, but if you wanted to listen to there older stuff I'd Recomend The Devil is near (Heavier but has a really deep meaning, and was created to shine light on an organisation which the band is really passionate about)
These two songs our child's play you reacted to for heaviness !😂you should react to Gone with the Wind by architects it's dedicated guitar player died and he wrote the song before he died remember right !it's the most heaviest song I've ever heard in my entire life ! 🤣🤣🤣🤣😉
Black lungs is quite melodic. Architects will never not be heavy but the album that's out is probably the most get-intoable. The final song on there, dying is absolutely safe is a good bet. They did a live version at Middle farm studio with a small ensemble. It's a very softly spoken song. I think it's lovely, but I'm a fan of them, so I'm super biased.
The orchestral version of Animals is so much better imho :) oh and check out the band Sleep Token, song "Alkaline" Also a british band - you will love his voice Or Spiritbox "Constance " and "Circle With Me"
If you like the cinematic type of songs, Starset is definitely a band you should check out. All of their songs are amazing but some good songs to start with would be My Demons, Carnivore, Telescope, or Monster
