BASIC WHITE GIRL Reacts To Bring Me The Horizon - Can You Feel My Heart & Parasite Eve Were finally doing it! Any other Bring Me The Horizon Songs I should listen too? MY LINKS !! linktr.ee/elli...
Yes. Especially if you're a musician. I've noticed musicians quickly learn to appreciate the musical talent in metal genres. Especially progressive metal.
Yup! I remember a time when I wouldn’t have been caught dead listening to songs with a lot of screaming in it. Now I love so many bands that scream their vocals
@@UndeadAhead imagine her listening to count your blessings which I think is there best album it definitely is a hard pill to swallow when your used to not as heavy music
Hah you should do Kingslayer featuring Babymetal from Bring Me The Horizon .. just a little harder than Parasite Eve .. and then react to Babymetal cuz they are awesome
Fun fact about making the video Parasite Eve. They did the video during the first lockdown from the Covid19 pandemic. The problem they had was that the bandmembers where all spread out across the globe in quarentine so they couldn't meet. So they had to figure out how to shoot the video from all those places and still maintain the same vibe, lighting and so on for the video. And as you can guess there is alot of referenses to Covid19 in this song... Be safe Björn
Ronnie Radke just tweeted that if he did a collab with Ollie Sykes (the lead singer of Bring Me the Horizon), it would break the internet. I’m inclined to think he’s right about that (of course, FIR and BMTH are my two favorite bands, so I’m a little biased).
Oli and Sam did a collab back in the days of Suicide Season And Daybreaker: The Sadness Will Never End features Sam Carter and Even If You Win You’re Still A Rat features Oli Sykes. If you weren’t aware you should check the songs out they’re really cool :D
Her face during the breakdown in parasite eve 😂. Trust me, the more u listen to heavy music the more you gonna like it, that was my face too the first time I listened guturals and screams in a song. Nice video btw
The reaction to that scene with him cutting the stomach made me cry laughing as I knew it was coming 😆 but fair play to you for giving it a go! I’m a HUGE bring me the horizon fan but I respect it’s not up everyone’s street 😛
If you want two bring me the horizon songs I think you'll love react to "medicine" and "mother tongue" it's from their more pop album, they should both have videos I think, no heavy parts or screamo, beautiful and memorable choruses
Avalanche by Bring Me The Horizon 100%, I guarantee you'll prefer it to all the ones you've heard. Has to be the music video (will say restricted because epilepsy warning but its fire)
i think my favorite part of this band is the real meaning of their songs. like we can all interpret it in our own way and have our own connection but then there’s the reason why Oli is singing it. Every song has a unique meaning which is why I love them. I definitely recommend searching up the inspiration behind their music.
Great reaction, I'm not a fan of parasite eve but absolutely love can you feel my heart, he really blends the line between clean and unclean vocals, some suggestions... The used - i caught fire Too close to touch - nerve endings afi - miss murder My chemical romance - helena (I'm a writer that was heavily influenced by "emo bands" as a teenager and still am as an adult)
Great reaction! I think you're doing really well as a beginner to this genre of music, especially when considering your taste in music, and I absolutely appreciate your open mindness. I was also not a fan of screams when I first started listening to this type of music but once you begin getting used to it you start to actually enjoy the screams and begins to dive deeper into heavier stuff. Let's see if that will end up being the case for you in a year or 2 haha.
If you want more chilling bmth songs i'd recommend these two: Drown and One Day The Only Butterflies Left Will Be In Your Chest As You March Towards Your Death (the title is very long but the song is great hahaha, he sings this one with the singer of Evanescence)
React to ‘Infant Annihilator - Blasphemian’...lmfao. Pretty sure you’d turn it off in a heartbeat. Reactions to that song are the best tho, bcuz it’s so extreme.
"Can you feel my heart" blends the perfect amount of vocal grit and that epic neo Depeche Mode-like sound scape; with a wall of overdriven guitars. It's a sound that is hard to dispise.
if you ever get to the point of wanting to react to them again, Hospital for souls is an amazing song worth it (this coming from a guy that listens to music much heavier and intense then this). It's simply an amazing song from start to finish, the subject is intense which what drives my liking for the song.
@@ericsonerise5368 That would be a mixture of metalcore and electronic, not necessarily pop, but they do have a lot of electronic elements, which would also make them electronicore.
I was expecting you to prefer 'Can You Feel My Heart' even though it's an older song of theirs and older usually means less accessible to new fans when it comes to BMTH, didn't think you'd like it as much as you did though pleasant surprise. They got a bunch of different sounds and styles throughout the years, everything from the first 2 albums will probably 10 levels too intense. If you're curious about it though look up their 'Deathcore Medley live' that plays parts of 4 of their popular early songs. Some that aren't too harsh and has a nice beat to follow along with are 'MANTRA' and '1x1'
I used to be just a Blink 182, Green Day etc fan until I first heard Bring Me The Horizon. My suggestion....listen to all their tracks. Excellent music !!! Their videos are insanely well produced too
You should react on drown.. and also they did cover of Billie ' When the party is over' which for me is better then the original.. I hope to see your reaction
You should listen to Don't Go featuring Lights. Probably their most emotional song. Other than that maybe check out Blessed With a Curse, Sugar Honey Ice and Tea, or maybe 1x1 off their most recent album for some heavy but not too heavy songs :)
Anything from That's The Sprit is straight up amazing and it's right up your alley. I can't think of a single song that's heavy on it. A very pop album, but done extremely well, I'm an old school fan and even I thought it was incredible.
I saw this on my feed and I expected it to be massively judgemental. She really isn't a "basic white girl". She actually thinks and dissects it and it pretty well spoken. Massive respect for respecting the art in the music and admitting it's just not for your tastes. Keep up the great content and I will definitely sub and watch the rest of it! Cheers
You have to react to All the Songs they played live at Royal Albert Hall. Especially to Doomed, Can you feel my heart, sleepwalking, drown, Go to hell for heavens sake...ah f*** ...to all🤣🤣
Why no one recommending BMTH old stuff? :D let the girl know about how they started... As a Deathcore band :D Do Pray for plagues by them. You'll be surprised, shocked and amazed :D
if you like stuff that's a bit softer i recommend black veil brides ! they have some more screamo/emo/punk vibes depending on the album. I think you'd like "the wretched and divine" album best, especially "in the end" the title track, but i also recomend "perfect weapon", "fallen angels" in their earlier stuff, perhaps also "coffin", "nobody's hero" and one of my favourites "savior"
I’ve been a huge fan since I was 12! The past 7 years of listening has been amazing to see and hear their absolute change in music! I recommend Chelsea Smile and Follow You! Two very different songs and both are perfect.
Fun fact about can you feel my heart: Most of the chorus like can you feel my heart, can you see the dark, can you fix the broken, etc are mostly quotes from the Holy Bible. This song was made because the singer was calling out for God
since you aren't that much a fan of the screaming i believe you would love the drown by BMTH and you should def listen to the live version its so amazing!
