I think the best thing about screaming in an emotional song like this is it has a heavier emotional impact. The original bridge makes you feel kind of melancholy. But in this version the bridge instantly makes you feel like the emotional pain that the lyrics imply. It give you the confused, sad, angry, frustrated, feelings following a breakup, especially breakup at the young age the song implies, when all emotions are amplified x10.
I think in a song like this screamo can be used to convey strong emotions in a way that singing alone can't. almost like when emotions start to boil over and become too overwhelming if that makes sense

I get what you mean especially if you have heard heavier rock but this is still rock its just softer and this is why rock is the best in my opinion cuz you can feel the emotions of what the song is trying to make you feel... I listened to the original just to compare since I don't listen to pop a lot and man thus guys killed it for sure. No hate on the original cuz the girl can sing pretty good but our last night takes this one in my opinion

I do not want to focus attention on this, but I cannot fail to note the pretty bold decollet, which I noticed only at the end of the video. Goes well with the haircut, I must say.

It really pisses me off that you use a slightly higher pitched & faster audio than normal, it takes away from the experience of the song. Not sure why you’re doing it for these guys, they are a fully independent band since 2013, and they don’t go around taking down people’s reaction videos Just please tell me you listen to the original audio and the higher pitch one is for YT.. lol
